Matthew Hare
Sales & Marketing Director

Matthew joined TimberCraft in October of 2021, relocating from Dallas, Tx. Having an eclectic academic background, he brought with him a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics from The University of North Texas. Matthew is a bit of a renaissance man; his background is in hospitality, sales, and analytics. Originally brought on as a Sales and Marketing analyst, his role has developed into overseeing Sales and Marketing for TimberCraft. Matthew splits his free time between pursuing an M.S. in Data Analytics, playing music, and hanging out with his dog Biggie Smalls.

Sales Manager

Corey was raised in the Oklahoma City area and attended Oklahoma State University. He brings a vast knowledge of new home sales and customer service to his position as community manager at TimberCraft. He prides himself on building strong professional relationships with each home buyer and working to understand their needs. You will see his passion and integrity speak for themselves as he works with you to find or build your dream home!

Jessica Thompson
Community Manager

An Oklahoma native and Oklahoma City University alumna who studied chemistry and Mandarin Chinese, Jessica brings to her position as community manager several years of experience in luxury property management, as well as a commitment to personable, meaningful customer service. Jessica loves learning about her customers to better serve their needs and believes every homebuyer should enjoy each stage of the home design and purchase process. Most importantly, she is guided by integrity and principle and is determined to help each individual client find the home they’ll love.

Miguel Cardenas
Community Manager

Miguel was born and raised in Oklahoma City and attended the University of Central Oklahoma. Miguel enjoys running in the mornings to clear his mind and get the day started. Miguel loves interacting with people and learning more about them creating an everlasting bond. He has a commitment to bringing you enjoyment to the home buying process.  He looks forward to helping you in your new home search and is excited to meet you.  

Lauren Shadid
Community Manager

Lauren was born and raised in the heart of Oklahoma City. After high school, Lauren spent her time at The University of Oklahoma athletic training. In time she decided to leave the sidelines, and found her love for quality customer service through serving in the restaurant industry. Lauren takes pride in being considerate and resourceful, while still a little witty. It is important to her that she understands her home buyers needs, builds strong bonds, and keeps the process exciting! She can’t wait to help you find your forever home.

Dawson Hendricks
Community Manager

Dawson is originally from Ada, Oklahoma. After high school, Dawson enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. For the last three and a half years he was stationed at Camp Pendleton in Southern California with a deployment to Iraq in 2019. Dawson separated from the Marines as a Sergeant in April, 2021 and joined the TimberCraft team in June. Dawson enjoys sports, working out, hunting, and hanging out with his wife Miranda. He is also patiently waiting for a baby due January 2022.

Phillip Agepogu
Director of Strategic Marketing

Phillip joined Timbercraft in May of 2021 as our marketing go to. He graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University with a BA in marketing. He has a background in real estate and property management along with digital agency experience. When he is not busy with digital marketing he enjoys time with his wife and 3 kids.

Kayla Watson
Vice President of Operations

Kayla oversees the day-to-day operations at TimberCraft. She joined the team in August 2013 as a design intern and has since gained a vast knowledge overseeing design, field operations, warranty, and scheduling. Her ability to understand all of these departments provides a well-rounded understanding of the home building process start to finish, and she's helped TimberCraft create a more productive scheduling and build process. Kayla spent three years studying architecture at Oklahoma State University, then shifted her focus to interior design, graduating from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Arts.

Shelbie Martinez
Executive Assistant

Shelbie joined TimberCraft in June of 2021. After high school, she studied business management at OSU - OKC before deciding to venture into the home building industry. She hopes to grow in this industry for years to come, and is enthusiastic to learn more about the home building process. Shelbie provides support to the team's day-to-day operations and will be a great asset/help to the team. In her free time she enjoys reading, being outside, and spending time with family.

Ryne Dunlavy
Project Manager

Ryne grew up in the Texas Panhandle. While in high school, Ryne not only worked for his father's custom home building business, but he also started his own business of selling and delivering firewood. Ryne attended Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma and played baseball there for the Raiders. He then transferred to and graduated from Southwestern Oklahoma State University. While attending college at SWOSU, he assisted two of his college professors in building their personal homes. Ryne has been using the knowledge and skills that he gained through these experiences as part of the TimberCraft team since June 2016.

Austin Hatchett
Austin Hatchett

Austin joined TimberCraft in August of 2020. After graduating from high school, Austin quickly went to work full time. In 2012, he joined the Army National Guard, spending eight years as a 12k (plumber). Austin grew interested in the oil field and worked as a frac mechanic and blow out prevention technician. He is excited about the new opportunities that home building brings and hopes to grow in the industry for years to come. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and daughter.


Danny Sims

Danny grew up in a blue collar family. Most of his childhood was in Northwest OKC. Danny's father was a brick mason where he spent a lot of his childhood on job sites until he was 18. Danny attended Edmond Santa Fe High School where he played football and got a scholarship to attend and play football at East Central University in Ada, OK where he studied business. Danny framed for six years when he came home from college. Danny decided to enter the oilfield where he became a Bulk Plant Supervisor in two years and spent a total of five years in the oilfield. Danny joined Timbercraft in August of 2021 as an Superintendent. Danny enjoys spending time with his wife Kourtney and two children Eden and Dallas. Danny plays a lot of disc golf; he also enjoys fishing and hunting.

Spencer Peters

Spencer was born and raised in Oklahoma City. Attended college at Oklahoma State University. Spencer has been in and out of construction his whole life ever since he framed his first house when he was 17 years old. While trying out other career avenues, construction has always been his passion. Being close friends with a vast amount of builders and trades, Spencer found a vast amount of knowledge and skills to build the perfect home. Playing any sport and hanging out with friends and family are his favorite ways to spend free time. 

McKenzie Dean
McKenzie Dean

McKenzie joined TimberCraft in February of 2021. McKenzie graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2020 where she earned her Bachelors in Public Relations. After graduating, she joined our team to help with marketing and design. In her free time, she loves to shop, workout, cook, and spend time with friends and family.

Curtis Colby

Curtis joined TimberCraft in 2021 as Chief Investment Officer / Chief Financial Officer.  He has extensive experience in finance and accounting across multiple industries. After beginning his career in public accounting for nearly 5 years, Curtis has since spent most of his career working in various roles in the oil and gas business, assisting in successfully building and exiting multiple private equity backed upstream E&P companies. Curtis holds a B.S.B.A. degree in Accounting from John Carroll University and is a certified public accountant in Oklahoma.

Ryan Steele
Ryan Steele

Ryan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. During his career, he has gained experience in several different industries. Some of his prior positions include: Reconciliation/Month End/Accounts Payable for multiple government agencies; Payroll Specialist for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund; and Controller for a locally owned and operated manufacturer. Ryan joined the TimberCraft team in August of 2014 as the controller.

Makel Brown
Purchasing & AP Manager

Makel joined the TimberCraft team in October 2016 as the Accounts Payable Specialist. While in this position, she was able to familiarize herself with the products used in TimberCraft homes. In April 2020, she took on the role of Purchasing Coordinator where she continued to build on her knowledge of the construction industry and the purchasing process. Today, Makel is the Purchasing & AP Manager and oversees both the Purchasing and Accounts Payable departments. In her free time, she enjoys reading, woodworking, and spending time with her family.

Isabela Jacobson
Purchasing Assistant

Isabela was born in Maryland, but raised across the country, as she comes from a Marine Corps family. She has lived in 10+ states, ranging from Seattle, WA to Jacksonville, NC. After graduating high school in 2019, Isabela began her college career in Business Administration, and in 2021, moved to OK. She joined the TimberCraft team in August 2021 as Purchasing Assistant. In her free time, she likes to powerlift, watch anime, and snack.

Precious Youngblood
Accounts Payable

Precious is a Georgia Peach from Atlanta. She loves interacting and meeting new people. After graduating High School in 2011 she went straight to work. She has worked in various aspects of business and brings several years of administrative experience to the team. In the search to expand her knowledge in accounting she took on the role of the Accounts Payable Clerk here at TimberCraft.  In her spare time she enjoys reading, hanging out with friends and loving on her two fur babies. 

Michael Downs
Staff Accountant

Mike started with Timbercraft in September of 2021 as a staff accountant. He graduated from Southern Nazarene University in 2020 where he earned a bachelors in Accounting. He has experience in Accounts payable, Invoice processing, and other areas. In his spare time he enjoys watching sports, Playing Video games, and spending time with his wife and two dogs. 

Kortni Harris

Human Resources

Kortni joined TimberCraft in June of 2020. Kortni graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 where she earned her Bachelors in Human Resources with a minor in Business Management. After graduating, she immediately started her career with a position in Human Resources for an electrical contractor in Texas. After her move to Oklahoma in 2019, Kortni took on a payroll specialist position before transitioning into accounting. In her free time, she loves crafting, woodworking, and spending time with her two puppies.
