Bob Chamberlain – President

Bob Chamberlain, President of TimberCraft Homes, has managed the company’s day-to-day operations since August of 2017. Bob has been involved with organizations that surround residential construction for more than 30 years. Twenty of those years were focused on providing software technology to lumber and building material dealers across the US. More recently he’s held executive management positions with building material dealers including VP of Sales & Marketing, Hope Lumber/ProBuild South Central. As part of ProBuild’s National Accounts team, he managed executive level relationships with numerous national and regional home builders across the US. Bob has spent much of his adult life in Oklahoma, having lived in Stillwater, Broken Arrow and now Oklahoma City.


Kayla Watson – Vice President of Production

Kayla graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a Bachelors of Arts in Interior Design. Her education in architecture and interior design are a complement to TimberCrafts design and sales teams, as it allows her to lend a much needed hand in both drafting and graphic creations. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, playing sports, and spending time with family and friends.

 

 

 

 


Ryan Steel – Controller

Ryan graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minor in Finance. During his career he has gained experience in several different industries. Some of his prior positions include: Reconciliation/Month End/Accounts Payable for multiple government agencies; Payroll Specialist for a multi-billion dollar hedge fund; and Controller for a locally owned and operated manufacturer. Ryan joined the TimberCraft team in August of 2014 as the controller.

 

 


Ryne Dunlavy – Superintendent

Ryne grew up in the Texas Panhandle where he earned his high school degree. While in high school, Ryne not only worked for his father’s custom home building business, but also started his own business of selling and delivering firewood. Ryne attended Rose State College in Midwest City, Oklahoma and played baseball there for the Raiders. He then transferred to Southwestern Oklahoma State University, graduating with a Bachelors of Science as well as an Associates degree. While attending college at SWOSU, he assisted two of his college professors in building their personal homes. The knowledge and skills that Ryne gained through his experiences of construction during college and while growing up in the custom home building business alongside his father, has helped him to understand the nuts and bolts of home building. Ryne has been with the TimberCraft team since June of 2016.


Ashley Cross – Purchasing Agent

Ashley joined the TimberCraft team in April of 2016. Since joining the company, she has worked as a builder and now holds the position of Purchasing Agent. Prior to joining TimberCraft, she worked as an in-house engineer for a worldwide architectural design firm. Ashley attended Oklahoma State University where she earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering in 2006. She then continued her education to earn a Master of Engineering degree in Architectural Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.

 

 


Makel Brown – Accounts Payable

Makel joined the TimberCraft team in October 2016. She primarily serves as the Accounts Payable Specialist, but she also provides administrative support to the team. She worked in banking for four years and has several years of office management experience. In her free time, Makel enjoys reading, baking, woodworking, and spending time with her family.

 

 

 

 


Trenesha Simpkins – Community Manager

Trenesha graduated from Langston University with a Bachelors in Cultural Studies. Coming from a public service background, Trenesha has found great pleasure in using her skills in New Homes Sales. She has worked for some top builders in Oklahoma City and in Dallas, TX. She joined the TimberCraft family in January of 2017 and is excited to partner with her husband Fred Simpkins.

 

 

 


Amy Collins – Community Manager

Amy Collins joined TimberCraft in August 2017 as a Community Manager and is passionate about her job. She received a 2 year degree in Architecture at Oklahoma State University and also attended the Interior Design Program at the University of Central Oklahoma. She’s had years of experience working hand in hand with builders, trade contractors and new homeowners, dealing with challenging home design situations. Amy thoroughly enjoys working for TimberCraft and feels truly blessed to help provide her clients with innovative, personalized quality homes.

 

 


Katie Wagner – Community Manager

Katie joined the TimberCraft sales team in August of 2017, as a Community Manager.  She graduated from The University of Central Oklahoma in 2015, with a degree in Strategic Communications.  Before working in new home sales, she worked in the restaurant industry for over 8 years where she progressed into leadership roles and developed strong customer service and team oriented skills.  With her education in communications, background in customer service and a love for real estate, new home sales was the perfect path for her.
